Why is my sound not working on my internet?

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me figure out why my sound isn't working on my internet. It works fine when I get a text or call or even watch videos on Facebook or any other app. Only isn't working when I try to watch videos on internet and I don't know why :/ can someone please help ??? :)
