Make sure that only one device is connected via Bluetooth to your Air Raid. When one audio device is connected to the Air Raid, and another attempts to pair with the Air Raid, it may result in choppy audio. Normally this should only last for less than 30 seconds. You can also reset the paired device list by holding Volume + button and the center button for 5 seconds. To completely “forget” audio devices and start fresh simply go into the pairing settings on your streaming audio device and remove the Air Raid, then pair again. If your speakers continue to sound distorted, they may have permanent damage. A replacement guide is available for you to fix your Air Raid.
