I have had my ipod for a while and it wont charge for some reason so i investigated the charging port and the little things that stick out are bent is that fixable for a not so expencive price?

If you mean the charging dock, and it can't be fixed by bending the prongs back in place using fine tweezers (while iPod is off), then yes it can be changed. The part is cheap. Replacing it is very tricky, requiring special tools and skills. I recommend you approach a renowned repair shop or contact specialized members on this website like Jessa (look up jessabethany).
