Why isn't my touchscreen working?
When I tap on the touchscreen it isn't responding. The 2DS powers on fine and seems to be functioning properly except for the response of the screen.

If still not responding you can replace the touch screen yourself. Get the part (ebay or your preference) and get aside 1 hr to complete the process.
It is not extremely easy but you do not need to be certified to complete the replacement.
