turns on then off in 30 seconds

Im a truck driver.... have my ps3 in my rig... i dont know if it got bounced around or what but it turns on... and shuts off without a red light in about 30 sec or so... it sounds like the disc reader is moving... like loading a game... and its very quiet... i did a fan test.. fan works.. it has no output to the tv when its on... ive removed and inserted the hard drive.. nothing changed... whats wrong with it... my only source of entertainment. .. help me

That sounds not good. I think the mainboard becomes faulty by bouncing around. :( If it's possible, you can open the console and check the connections. If not, you should buy a new console.
