My Toshiba laptop sound stopped working?

please help me i think my Toshiba laptop sound stopped working i update the driver and everything but nothing just seems to be helping me out . i think it is sound card which is making problem ..please help me

After generating complaint on Toshiba Care toll free[1-800-585-2494] it got solved.

reset the browser settings and update the sound driver . this will make it work for more information let me know . thanks
