What is proper Display assembly for 2009 MacBook Pro A1286

I have a 2009 macbook pro A1286

SERIAL # W894216J642

The entire upper display assembly is needed. I have found to many variations online to be certain before I order and I'm on a serious dead line to get my laptop working as I'm starting music school in about 24 days. Also does anyone know were to find complete screw kits and diagrams with pictures of the screws?
