Black screen during boot on Dell Inspiron 15 5000 laptop?

Hi I bought new Dell Inspiron 15 5000,i7 2 months back. It was working fine untill morning, when I switched on it went to the blue or black screen. Just the pointer comes and nothing else. Even tried pressing all the F keys on start up but it remains the same.

Please give some ways to solve it.

What version of Windows is it running? 7 or 8/10?

Options

Remove the battery and cable

Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds

Replug cable and start
