notice at the start of my laptop

every time i start my latop i get a notice contents :

Your HD maybe bad. The PXE error implies you can't get to a Network Boot server. Which is why you can't get your system to start up.

Check your BIOS setup make sure the HD is set as the first boot up device and the optical drive second. If that doesn't fix things you'll need to find your recovery CD/DVD that came with your system or working off another system create a bootable CD/DVD with drive diagnostics so you can see whats happening.

If the drive is bad you'll need to replace it and if you can't find the recovery CD/DVD you'll also need to order a replacement from Toshiba.
