iPhone 3GS bricked whit iPod baseband

Hello,I have a problem whit my Iphone 3GS.

I make jailbeak and i put ipad baseband,after jb my iphone dont have carrier,wifi,bluetooth and at every 3 min is restarting.

i tryed to downgrade with redsnow but dont work, if i try to restore from itunes i get error -1

I tryed all solution from youtube and nothing work.If anyone have any solution ?Thank you and sorry for my english

iPod or iPad baseband? Your problem may arise from the base band and not being correct version.

If you tried to downgrade your iPhone's baseband from the iPad's baseband using RedSn0w for Windows and it does not work, you most likely now have a bad baseband IC from the flashing. Only thing I know how to repair it would be by replacing the baseband IC. that is most likely also the reason for error -1

and how i can replace the baseband?i`ll tryed all mods posible from this world and dont work
