Battery problems with Micromax A116 Canvas HD?

I purchased Micromax Canvas HD in Aug2013 but battery back up after 6 months started falling .If we use Net the battery will fall rapidly and sometimes when restarted it will suddenly fall from 100% to 14% and sometimes while charging it goes from 30% to 100%.

What is the solution for this problem.
