No, you can't without completely disassembling your system
The newest iMacs stands are different from the older ones. In order to have a removable stand you must buy a VESA mount version iMac. Here's Apple's TN on the subject: VESA mount adapter not compatible
Currently you can't order a VESA mount iMac 5K either.
