iPod not connecting to computer or itunes

my ipod nano 6g is not connecting to the computer or itunes.

I tried to remove and re install itunes but same problem.

its charging perfectly and when i connect to computer it charges fine but its not showing up on itunes or computer.

i tried diagnostic mode,everything was showing signal except acc-detect
