Colin I think your expecting magic here, sorry there isn't any.

You can't replace the SoC chip. The hardware design is radically different between the iPhone4 & iPhone 5 phones.

Time for a new phone if you want something faster. You may want to try cutting down on what you have on your iPhone Apps & data. Leave about 1/3 of free space to get the best performance.

@Colin, nope.There is no way to increase the memory size. The RAM is pre-set by whatever IC was soldered to your logic board the way you bought it. No upgrade available.

No every part of every iPhone may look the same on the upside, but if you'd take it off you'll se that the pins are different, meaning you can't solder it to another iPhone.

And if you'd be able to, it probably won't work.
