I just cracked my screen on my desire 816 and I can't seem to find anything on the internet on how to replace it or any stores that would fix it. I just got the phone about 2 1/2 months ago and I don't know if HTC will cover the screen since its not one of the One series phones...
Is this a good question?

Nikyle, here is a decent video that should help you with that. Take lots of pictures when you repair yours and make a guide for the rest of us. Hope this helps, good luck.

Same problem here..I bought phone in sep 2014 and display crack on Nov 2014..till now no solutions..

i had same but i checked on internet there is spare parts on

and there is some videos on you tube about whole changing process
but be careful when you buy. there is different between desire 816 and desire 816g
you can buy only touch screen or both touch and LCD screen
i am planing to do this as DIY job so its just my search conclusion not my real experience .
