Processor replacement of my current Intel i5-3317U 1.70GHz CPU

Dear IFIXIT,

I am owner of notebook Asus model K56C.

I would like to replace my processor: Intel i5-3317U 1.70GHz CPU with newer (for example Intel Core i7 or Core 2 Duo E8200 or AMD Phenom II X2 545).

If there is some possibility about this? I would really appreciate your help.

Sorry no, the CPU is soldered to the logic board (not replacable)
