Powering on with a broken power button

Hello guys, I've been having kind of a big problem with my HTC. I dropped it a few times and the casing tore away from the top part and the bottom part of my phone, including the power button. normally I'd just get a new casing so I could use it, but the mechanism itself tore off too, meaning that getting a new button or casing won't really fix it.

I was wondering if there is a way to boot up my phone through my pc. I've been searching around and it seems to be fairly simple for most Android phones, however, since HTC One's block your access to the battery, I cannot use any of the tips others give me.

I do not have warranty anymore, so I'm not afraid of doing the bigger things. It is also rooted.

Right now, the phone is still on and I wake it up by using lock widgets and using the volume button. I am however still scared about not being able to charge it on time to keep it alive.

Thanks in advance!

it's pretty easy if i remember right that power button does not require soldering so just order a new part and pop it in.
