How do I set up partition on 1 terrabyte hybrid drive?

A SSHD drive (hybrid drive) does not have unique sections SSD vs HD. Think how a Fusion drive marries the two into one drive. Instead of the OS being involved here the drives firmware does this.

Just make a partition/s as you want.

Let the drives firmware deal with what will be cached and when.
