voiceover on and cant get to settings

my voiceover is on and settings are not on first screen. cant get it to swipe to second screen where settings are

mary kilmer, try to go to Settings/General/Accessibility/ Voice over/ Select "No" or you can

Press 3 times the Home button.

You should get the "Disable Voice Over" option.

Hit the button twice to disable it.

If that does not work for you, try to do it with iTunes. Plug lug in your iPhone and click on “Configure Accessibility…” and set the radio button to "neither" for Zoom and Voice over. Hope this helps,good luck
