Why cannot I erase my photos?
Every time I try to erase a photo it turns to black cracked one
when I tried to erase the damged one again it wont erase

Hi,
Is your model with micro SD slot? If your pictures are in the memory card you can try remove the memory card and connect it with a card reader to the computer, then copy necessary information and format the SD card.
If the pictures are into internal memory, them make a backup, and do a factory reset.
