Turning computer on - it goes to start page (the page where you can select which key to push to go to boot menue ) and stays frozen there. Nothing else works , I can only shut computer off by holding in the power button for 5-6 seconds. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi,
You must try to boot the PC with minimum necessary modules. Open the PC. Disconnect the HDD leave only one RAM module, remove all cards from PCI slots and try to boot it again. If you system started normally, install modules back one by one. Like this you can find the problem.

Ernest Kosowan, besides all the things ZFix is recommending, this could also be a software issue. Set your BIOS to boot from optical drive and see if you can boot with a system disk from there. If so, then you are having issues with your OS.
