After docking my phone a red notification light occurred contentiously

Actually i dropped my phone once and after that it was working fine,but the same day after docking my phone a read light on top of the notification part occurred continuosly and my phone stopped working.i have even tried changing a new battery but my phone isnt working and it is a brand new phone.kindly help me out please
