When replacing the manifold, do you have to replace the gauges too?
When repairing the manifold assembly, am I required to replace the pressure gauges as well or are the old ones sufficient?

When you replace the manifold, you do not always need to replace the gauges. However, depending on how the manifold could have been broken, the gauges may have internal damage. In this case, the gauges would need to be replaced as well so that they function properly.
