standby light glowing, fan turns -> MacBook not starting up

Hello guys,

MacBook starts and the standby light is glowing but the screen remains black and the fan comes on. After 10 attempts, the MacBook starts normally and everything works.

PRAM reset -> done, no changes

Someone an idea?
