Adding Bluetooth 4.0 card to Early 2008 MBP

Hi -- not very technical, but have followed guides here to install SSD on an early 2008 non-unibody MBP. Was wondering if it's at all possible to put something like a BCM94331PCIEBT4CAX bluetooth card into this unit, so that I can activate Continuity/Handoff on Yosemite. I doubt it's possible, and the needed connectors are probably not even in this old laptop, but thought I would ask. Thanks!

Any other advice or methods of getting a bluetooth 4.0 card installed internally on the MBP would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
