I plugged my power cord into the phone, but it won't charge. I tried using the same cord on a different phone and it works just fine, so I can't figure out why it won't work on my phone.

Make sure your charger is plugged into a wall or power source. Silly mistake, but it can happen. Also, your phone may have a dirty micro sd port. Try cleaning it out. It could also not charge if the phone has water damage. Hope this helps!
