How do I brake without using my wheelie bar?

Every time I try to brake on my Razor I accidentally hit the wheelie bar and send my scooter flying out from under me. It's becoming a real safety issue and makes it very inconvenient to use. I don't even need to use the wheelie bar.

If you are having trouble placing your foot on the brake while using the Razor A2 in a high-pressure situation such as riding down a steep hill, then it might be helpful to practice your braking motion while in a low-stress scenario such as in your driveway or on a flat street.

If you would like to remove the wheelie bar all together, then view the Wheelie Bar Replacement Guide found on the Razor A2 Device Page.

If you suspect there might be an additional problem with the braking system, you can visit the Razor A2 Troubleshooting Page.
