blank screen wont take pictures

when I switch on all I get is a blank screen , shutter appears to work but its not taking pictures and I cant see anything that as previously been taken

Hi. I wondered if you had found a solution to this at all. At the end of October it sounds like my e510 developed a similar fault. The camera turns on and take photos fine. However the LCD screen is blank so I am unable to view photos taken, access the menus, or use live view. The screen does turn on as it is lit but it is blank.

I had this problem too... I still can take pictures but I can't see what Im taking picture of...
