My Playstation 3 slim only want to work with a hdmi cable but everywhere i take it sometimes there are hd tv and it want work with the original yellow, red, and white cord even after i brought a new one how can i fix this issue

Try this, unplug hdmi, plug in other diplay cable, hold power button untill it beeps twice. This should load regular output to red yellow and white. Also you can have the hdmi plugged and in the settings change the output from hdmi to the other cable and then plug the other cable in.

Hi,
You can do soft reset first.
Switch-off the PS3. Press and hold the power button you hear 2 beeps and release it. This will reset TV settings.
If this not help you, the next step is hard reset:
Switch-off the PS3. Press and hold the Power button until you hear 4 beeps - 1x, 1x, 2x
This will enter the PS3 into safe mode. Select "Restore PS3 System".
ATTENTION !!! Hard reset will erase your personal data. Make first backup before do this.
If, after hard reset the situation is the same, then you have a hardware problem.
