Why is it taking so long for my battery to charge?

The adapter has been plugged into a working out let and the watch has been actively charging for well over an hour and has not reached its full capacity.

Options

Since your battery is still not charged after over an hour of being on the charging dock, your battery is no longer holding a charge and needs to be replaced.
