Why is my tape not dispensing?

There are a few reasons as to why your tape may not be dispensing. The most common reason is that your tape cartridge is not positioned properly. If this is the case just make sure everything is aligned properly and try again. Another reason is that the rubber transport roller is dirty. This is often the case when you frequently use your device. It can be easily cleaned with a q tip and water.
