Sadly, There is no internal upgrade available. There is more to just replacing the AirPort board to gain the performance of the new AC standard. The needed antennas are not present in the system

I would recommend getting a 802.11ac AirPort Extreme unit (or other 802.11ac WiFi unit) and use it connected to your Ethernet port.

When I wrote this answer we didn't have any options.

Today there is a company that does offer an upgrade kit: Apple WiFi & Bluetooth 4.0 card to mini PCIe adapter for iMac's 2009, 2010 & 2011. You still need the Broadcom BCM94360cd 802.11ac with Bluetooth-4-0 card as well. Aprox $175 US in costs.
