If your device is brand new, you may have to first set up your network using your router's GUI system. There should be a specified URL in the for of an IP address (1XX.XXX.X.X) in your user manual; visit it, and configure your network. If you had already set up your device, be sure to check this troubleshooting page for other possible issues that may be responsible for your problem.
