My pump moves freely?
My pump moves freely and will not catch. How can I fix this?

First, try pulling the trigger. If the gun has already been pumped, it will move freely until the trigger is pulled to release the spring. Then, open the gun using out guide and be sure that the large spring in the top of the gun is attached properly. After that, you can check to see if the pump track has been fractured.
