Over heating cpu, battery drain

Hello everyone,

I bought a used iPhone 4S after a crash, everything is working fine but the cpu gets warm really fast. In 2 hours its so hot I can feel it in my pocket and half of the battery is gone. I restored the phone in emergency phone and I do not think it is better. The phone is running on iOS 8.0.2.
