Why do my rear wheels wheels squeal?
I have a Mitsubishi Montero SUV 2001. Had discs turned for all brakes; low pitch squeal reoccurs in rear end. When driving; not braking. Model is four wheel drive.
Is this a good question?

This is often not an issue, the new discs and pads are thicker than the old ones. Try to press the brake multiple times very hard and fast while the car is not moving but the engine is turned on.
The brakes schould adjust then.
If this does not help, maybe you schould demount the caliper and check if the bushings are still moving well (just move them a bit by hand). They schould move slow but easy and without the need of more force at specific positions.
If they do not move correctly, you schould change them (in europe a brake bushing renew kit is about 5-10USD).

Have you jacked the SUV up and turned the wheel by hand to see if you can figure out where it comes from. Could be brakes rubbing, wheel bearings, and multiple other things.
