My phone keeps restarting but will not fully boot up

I tried to replace the usb port and now my phone will not turn on. It did boot up once worked just fine until I changed the battery out now will not turn on it just vibrates then blinks the logo, but nothing more.

Is your power button stuck ?

Take battery out then reconnect and press power til power up now keep pressing the power every 1 second and see does it boot up

Try booting into recovery and doing a factory reset.
