Why is my nokia n9 failing to come on?

when connected to the charger the light comes on and after a minute the light starts blinking until it goes off then the phone vibrates and don't come on again.

I have tried to open it cleaned the inner side disconnect and connect the battery,press the power button for than 10 seconds the issue still remains the same.

Please help.

From my experience, the phone easily gets discharged too much. If this happens, it can take a really long while for the battery to charge well enough to turn on again. Maybe it also depends on the type of charger used.
