Noisy when putting my hand right to the touchpad

Hi,

Last year I dropped my laptop on the ground from more than 1 meter height. The laptop still work normally, except when I putting my hand right to the touchpad there will be noise which is really annoying. The bottom shell is a little deformed due to the accident and this might be the main reason for the noise. I just want to know is there any way to get away from the noise without changing all the shell of the laptop.

Thanks a lot.

Sadly, there is very little we can do here remotely.

You might try looking for a tin knocker (someone who works with sheet metal). they will have the needed hammers to carefully reshape the case back to the correct shape (after you have taken it apart).

Your other choice is to try replacing the part/s. But, before you do that how about posting so pictures of your system showing us the damage. That way we can tell you what parts you'll need.
