when I try to turn on my 3ds the screen stays black

even when blue light was up and it was charged and it seemed to have nothing wrong with it there is a simalar article Screens are blank but blue light on.

There are several things that can cause this. You could have a loose wifi board, it could be a bad bottom lcd or digitizer or something else.

I would start by checking the wifi board to make sure it's not loose. I would also make sure there is nothing else loose and if everything looked good I would try a new bottom lcd & digitizer.

Unfortunately there is no for sure answer on this on until you get it opened up and start trying things.
