Hello all, My Macbook will chime on startup and displays the "apple logo" but will display a "loading bar" and a "turning wheel" and when it loads to like midway it goes black and shuts down. The same thing happens if you restart it again.

Yeah this is a fairly common issue. Here is a link to a form that lists out your standard steps to try and resolve it.

The quick gist is try resetting the NVRAM. Hold the Option +Command + P + R keys before after you hit the power button but before the screen turns on. Hold them to you hear it restart then let go see if it boots.
After that try and boot from your recovery partition. As before hold down just the Option key before the screen turns on. Choose the recover drive and then use Disk utility to Verify your hard Disk and then Repair it.
If those 2 steps don't get it on then things can get to be a pain.
