When I call I can not hear from all speackers, but if I call with viber, skype or any way othet than by sim, I can hear and talk easily. Also rear camera noy working and showing dark only.

You need to check the front facing camera and ear speaker cable. Its the one and the same.

Indeed. The internal speaker gets contact with the front camera/sensor cable through two golden springs. The cable he's talking about is the flex which is located on the far right under the ESD protection. (First is Tocuh cable, then LCD then Frontcamera/sensor flex.)
