Repair firmware of Ainol Novo 10 Hero

Dear admin

i bought Ainol Novo 10 Hero from year ago , and after 4 months it's start to shutdown suddenly , then it's not working(not enter to the android os) it's show the ainol logo and then nothing , it can still working showing it's ainol logo until it's battery become empty.

kindly replay me , I've tried to upgrade or install new firmware but nothing is useful .
