Phone has just die..is it the battery?
My phone has been working fine but now it has shut down and nothing works..could it be the battery is dead. I have charged it overnight and is still dead.

Ray Smaldon, yes it is possible that this is caused by a bad battery. Of course there are other possibilities as well,i.e. bad dock connector. Start with the battery and use this guide to replace it. Hope this helps, good luck.

sorry but we are not a psychics, can you tell more? But anyway, first advice is go to service, i think this is the best advice, because in your case, it has a lot of variants about why you phone can't power on
