If you have Vista or Windows 7, you can use the built in "Snipping Tool" to capture whatever you want on the screen. Click the start button and do a search for "Snipping tool".

Whatever you select (draw a box around) is automatically placed in the clipboard, which you can then paste into word or paint to print.

Unfortunately it doesn't allow you to print the screen directly. For this capability, I've used the program "Snagit" in the past. It also has a ton of other capture abilities. A trial can be found here: http://www.techsmith.com/snagit.html

Hello Robert. To take screenshots in windows simply click the Print screen button on your keyboard. After that open your paint and paste it there. If you want a easier tool in taking screenshots. I recommend my favorite tool in taking screenshots. You don't have to worry it is free and very easy to use. You may go to this link and try it: https://goo.gl/wkT6xv
