Why my camera's button key not functioning?

My camera will zoom automatically after it on,then all the function keys(except play button) cannot work. How should I repair it by myself.

i think zoom button is shot

so when u on ur camera. lens is automatically zooming pozition

some keys r not working it case of zoom button shortage
