will sprint lcd digitizer work for att?

I cracked my LG optimus e970 screen and am trying to replace it. I found one but it is sprint. Will my att sim card still work and have full att service? Do the carrier brand affect the replacement screen digitizer?

Richard Kinser, the display will not affect any carrier settings. You can continue to use your SIM card and continue to have AT&T as your carrier. Make sure that the display uses the same connectors etc. but it looks like both phones are physically the same. Hope this helps, good luck.
