So about 9 months ago, I got this laptop from a pawn shop. And the charger with the little metal piece that goes into the laptop fell out. I looked on the amazon and got a new one but my laptop Wong turn back on and it's not charging. Please help ms

be sure that charger works properly, any light?
probably the battery is dead. must try another one, even without it should not work, but you can try.
pay attention also at pram battery
