iPhone 5s dropped in water & now he gives me "no service

Hi Guys..

so my iPhone dropped in water , i tried to dry it and its worked for me ... then after 2 weeks maybe he gives me "no service " i don't know why i tried to replace the sim card and put new one but unfortunately didn't worked,so i went to store and they did says to me maybe its from the battery they replaced and like last time didn't work still gives me "no service" .. i tried allot of things to fix it but it doesn't work

so please give me answer if you know

Hi first off all the phone would need opened and water treated with ISO alcohol then reassembled and check again.. If still the same story then a new antenna showed be installed the antenna is part if the lighting port so this needs replaced..

Why on earth would a repair shop say it's the battery lol why would they not install an antenna ?

Like going to a car garage and saying my brakes are bad and they install a new battery.

thanks allot man .... so this is all about the antenna .. can you find to me where to buy it cuz in my country i couldn't find the part so if you can find it on Amazon or eBay that's would be great
