replace stick-on glide pads

I love this mouse, but a couple of the stick-on glide pads on the bottom have fallen off and become lost. I can't find any reference to replacement parts, and it doesn't seem practical to buy a whole new mouse just for these little sticky pads. Can anyone recommend the best material to cut and glue to allow it to move smoothly again?
